Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing
    • Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents
    • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Client Relations
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents
    • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting and Document Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files and records
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on leasing and marketing activities
  • Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to affordable housing
    • Identify and report any potential risks or issues related to leasing and marketing activities
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
    • Familiarity with affordable housing programs and regulations
