Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Lenox Hill Radiology. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering world-class customer service and providing exceptional patient care.
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them in a friendly and service-oriented manner. You will obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively coordinate with back-office staff to provide timely and effective care to patients.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks with a structured approach, and demonstrating sound judgement and professionalism in all situations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED, intermediate to advanced computer skills, strong multitasking and communication skills, experience providing exceptional customer service, and medical terminology knowledge (recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred).
The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00 per hour, offering a competitive pay rate for your skills and experience. Our shifts vary from Tuesday to Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and Saturday 7:30am-4pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
