Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a RN Clinical Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary:

As a RN Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, leading interdisciplinary teams, and developing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care. You will also mentor and educate nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of patient care delivery, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
  • Leadership of interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that all team members work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
  • Development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care, including infection control and risk management initiatives.
  • Mentorship and education of nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participation in quality improvement programs, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support and guidance to nursing assistants and other staff members, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques, as well as current trends and developments in the field.
  • Ability to assess and interpret data and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Basic computer skills to maintain electronic medical records and documentation.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
