We're seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Clinical Lead at ChenMed. As a physician-led and mission-driven organization, we prioritize delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to take on a leadership position in our rapidly expanding primary care organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to our vision of becoming America's leading primary care provider.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, compassion, and dedication to patient care, setting the standard for your team.
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring they provide the highest level of care.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Foster strong relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless workflow, efficient resource allocation, and continuous process improvement.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- Current State Medical License or ability to obtain one.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required.
