Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced engineers to contribute to our testing and validation efforts within the Dojo program, focusing on low voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive life cycle validation strategies for low voltage electronic systems utilized in Tesla's Dojo product range.
- Identify critical engineering challenges and oversee experimental designs aimed at enhancing the understanding, characterization, quality, and reliability of electronic products.
- Create custom infrastructure, including PCBs, firmware, and software tools, to facilitate product validation and production, incorporating features such as sensors, power conversion, telemetry, and data processing capabilities.
- Establish and maintain automated testing hardware and software to optimize execution, data collection, and analysis.
- Lead collaborative efforts among engineers, project managers, and suppliers regarding failure analysis, root cause analysis, and recommendations for addressing identified failure modes throughout the product life cycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in low voltage electronics design and validation, with comprehensive visibility from initial testing to post-production phases.
- Proven expertise in electrical design and analysis using tools such as Altium, Cadence, or Ansys AEDT.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and experience with standard laboratory equipment (e.g., power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters).

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux systems and scripting languages such as Python and Bash for test automation and data processing.
- A genuine curiosity for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, along with a hands-on approach to understanding system interactions and automating repetitive tasks.
