Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse

Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients with a range of medical conditions, including traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic rehabilitation needs.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, and assess and coordinate patient discharge plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide education and support, and promote patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion
