POSITION OBJECTIVE
The primary responsibility of the Senior Financial Analyst is to enhance the organization's capacity for growth and efficiency.

This role involves establishing connections with new clients and nurturing existing relationships while adhering to budgetary and workflow expectations.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a keen analytical mindset to uncover opportunities for client development.


Position Specification

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred. Additional qualifications in management or business analytics are advantageous.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): Proven experience in financial analysis, comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, strong integrity, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, experience reporting to senior management, innovative thinking, and exceptional organizational capabilities.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with GAAP and tax regulations, particularly in the financial services sector, experience in budget oversight, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
