Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Research Analyst will perform a wide variety of complex cost analysis assignments that support program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analysis assignments to support the development of life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
  • Develop and evaluate cost assessments and positions related to systems development, demonstration, and production approaches.
  • Analyze the impact on systems and program costs, including conducting detailed analyses of prototype systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) that are defensible at Army and DoD levels.
  • Serve as a working leader to lower-grade personnel, providing expert technical guidance and ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Industry-level cost estimating certification (e.g., ICEAA CCEA) required.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in cost estimating, including at least eight (8) years of experience using ACEIT.
