Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling, a passion for delivering evidence-based services, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews to identify clients' mental health needs.
  • Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to confidentiality standards.
Requirements
  • Masters' degree in guidance, counseling, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
  • One year of post-graduate experience providing counseling or treatment services.
  • Practical therapeutic knowledge of principles, methods, and counseling practices.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language).
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
