Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lifelinks. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents in the group home.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document resident medical information and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in staff training and education to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • At least one year of experience working with the elderly or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday: Staff meeting every other week, 12:30-2:30 PM.

Thursday: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM.

Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM.

Total hours: 31/33 hours per week.
