Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven research and perform root cause analysis to support risk initiatives.
- Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets to improve reporting capabilities.
- Leverage Power BI to create insightful risk reports and metrics, collaborating with various risk teams to propose innovative reporting solutions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze risks to uncover trends and insights pertinent to both business and enterprise risk.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in both business and risk management areas.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive risk management experience, including areas such as actuarial science, legal, compliance, or audit.
- At least 2 years of experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive in a constantly evolving environment, focusing on enhancing team effectiveness through process improvements and strong collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program, while sales positions are eligible for sales incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level at the time of offer.
