Core Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance and Procedures: Design, execute, and oversee compliance initiatives to guarantee that all operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Regularly assess and revise operational procedures to accommodate shifts in regulations and business practices.
- Salon Management: Direct and optimize operations across various salon locations, ensuring uniformity in service excellence and customer satisfaction, alongside salon compliance.
- Stock Control: Supervise inventory levels, including procurement, storage, and supply management to ensure salons are adequately stocked without excess inventory.
- Financial Planning: Create and oversee budgets for each location, track expenditures, evaluate financial performance, analyze discrepancies, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and direct-to-consumer channels to ensure effective logistics and supply chain operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, address service challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Team Development: Guide and support salon managers and staff to achieve operational objectives, offering training and growth opportunities as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Operational Strategy: Work with the management team to align operational initiatives with broader business objectives. Identify potential areas for growth or enhancement.
- Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing department to advertise salon services and special promotions. Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
Compensation Package:
- Annual Salary: $72,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 per year, contingent on performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, ideally within the beauty retail or salon industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and experience in managing operational procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in financial oversight and budget management.
- Capability to multitask and oversee operations across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel between locations as necessary.
