As a Front End Developer, your role will involve crafting the user interfaces of our website. You will collaborate within a compact team of designers and fellow developers to implement features that our users will interact with directly.

With millions of visitors daily, we quickly ascertain which experiments succeed and which do not.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transforming requirements and mockups into fully operational features utilizing JavaScript and HTML/CSS
  • Constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and executing A/B tests
  • Overseeing the daily maintenance of the website and optimizing code for optimal user experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expert knowledge of fundamental front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Substantial experience in developing with JavaScript/HTML/CSS
  • Capability to write high-performance, reusable code
  • Familiarity with templating systems such as JQuery
  • Experience in troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility challenges
  • Background in a commercial setting; practical and straightforward approach
  • Experience with data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
  • Empathy for the end user
  • Understanding of version control systems
  • Comfortable working with command line interfaces
  • 3+ years of experience in building websites and applications
  • Fluency in English
