Job Details:
Aztec seeks Senior User Experience Designer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties:
Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering teams to develop innovative product experiences.

Partner with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and user experience.

Utilize the Slack design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for features.

Improve team performance by soliciting and offering feedback from product designers and cross-functional teammates.


Contribute to every stage of product development, from creating new feature experiences to prototyping and finding creative solutions, to the craft and finish of every detail in the product.

Develop and maintain the design system and tools, as well as design features core to the Slack experience.

Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Graphic Design, Web Design, Industrial and Product Design, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of design engineering/product development or three (3) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Graphic Design, Web Design, Industrial and Product Design, Engineering (any field)).

Rapid prototyping

Enterprise design

Mobile design

Visual design

Salary:
$160,000.00 to $220,000.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
