Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Jody Farmer State Farm Agency. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
