Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • System Implementation: Lead the implementation of Opera, CRS, and RMS systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the systems meet their needs.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on Opera, CRS, and RMS systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in managing and executing manual and automated test cases, with proficiency in various types of testing, including functional, performance, load, integration, UAT, and infrastructure testing.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to develop and validate QA processes, and manage testing projects effectively.
  • Location: Must be available to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills for reporting defects, leading meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in hospitality project management and a deep understanding of hospitality systems and their integrations.
