About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at The George Washington University Hospital. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic echocardiograms and other non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests
  • Complete reports and provide accurate results to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography and imaging technology
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Successful completion of a formal training program in diagnostic cardiac sonography
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Certificate preferred
  • 2 years of recent cardiac sonography experience or comparable training/experience
  • Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
  • Able to speak and write English fluently
