Job Description

Deli Shift Leader

As a Deli Shift Leader, you'll supervise team members in the hot deli area, providing excellent guest service and ensuring that food is fresh and the area is clean and well-stocked. You'll work closely with the Deli Manager to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the food service industry
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
