Medical Staff Supervisor Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Supervisor Full-Time to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for organizing, operating, and supervising Supply Chain activities and related functions and systems in an efficient and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize activities of the department Storeroom, Warehouse, and Equipment Room.
- Select, develop, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
- Maintain department records, reports (financial, personnel), and work closely with Finance.
- Assist with the maintenance of adequate levels of supplies to meet patient care demands on a seasonal basis.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards within Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills.
- Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and Vendors.
