We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in servicing professional liability insurance customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to insurance inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document and maintain accurate customer files, ensuring all communications, action items, and follow-ups are properly recorded.
  • Process customer renewals, proposals, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, and information requests with precision and attention to detail.
  • Become proficient in our proprietary agency management system, software, and tools to efficiently complete tasks.

Qualifications:
