RAM Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MDS Coordinator to join our team. As an MDS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and conduct the MDS assessment process for all residents, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and ensuring that residents receive the appropriate level of care and services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, rehabilitation, and dietary, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the MDS assessments.
- Ensure that all MDS assessments are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze resident outcomes and use data to identify areas for improvement in care and services.
- Provide training and education to staff on the MDS process and regulatory requirements.
- RN license or LPN and no less than 2 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of the MDS assessment process and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
