Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students for speech and language disorders, utilizing standardized assessments and clinical observations to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and accommodations to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Administer speech-language pathology services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and support for students with communication disorders.
Requirements
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
