Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based position. As an SLP, you will work with students to enhance their speech and language skills, making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Document student progress and communicate with stakeholders through regular progress reports
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Tennessee State License to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with students demonstrating significant communication and sensory needs
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
