Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based position. As an SLP, you will work with students to enhance their speech and language skills, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Document student progress and communicate with stakeholders through regular progress reports
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Tennessee State License to practice as an SLP
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with students demonstrating significant communication and sensory needs
