Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide essential care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in San Diego County, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual health care plans
  • Provide case management support and oversight for clients, including pharmacy and medication review, physical and nutrition assessments, and scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings

Requirements:

  • CA license as a Registered Nurse
  • 6 months hands-on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using electronic case management systems (Therap)
  • Previous experience providing in-home care in individual or group settings
