- Scientific Expertise: Deep understanding of the drug discovery process, including target identification, hit-to-lead optimization, and preclinical development.
- Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of various drug discovery techniques, such as high-throughput screening, molecular modeling, and structure-activity relationship analysis.
