Executive Admin Level 3

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Executive Admin Level 3 to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
Customer Background InformationSpace Systems Command is responsible for delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems. The command provides highly classified Space Domain Awareness (SDA) systems, Defensive and Offensive Space Control (DSC/OSC) capabilities, and space test range assets to meet current and projected Department of Defense (DoD) operational requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist the Government in the execution of routine business operations, providing executive level administrative support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management.
- Assist and advise the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving all tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements.
- Assist with managing Government civilian record keeping, serving as the primary point of contact for all unit civilian human resource management functions.
- Attend and support administration of meetings and reviews, capturing action items, recording minutes, and disseminating to all invitees in a timely manner.
- Assist with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations, quarterly and annual awards, and special trophies.
- Develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications.
Experience Requirements:
- 12 years of experience performing acquisition management activities related to contracting, legal, policy, and regulatory development, review, and compliance in the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit/non-profit government support/development Contractor arena.
- Must have experience with MS Office suite of Tools.
Additional Information:
- Must be a US citizen and have a BA/BS degree.
- Must be TS/SCI eligibility and have current SCI access.
