Position Summary:

The Culinary Operations Supervisor will manage the preparation of over 500 Kosher meals and more than 1500 nutritious meals, ensuring compliance with the standards set forth by the American Dietetic Association and the Memphis/Shelby County Health Department. This role involves collaboration with our food service partners to maintain high-quality meal production in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in food service or nutrition, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: Four or more years of experience or certification as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Certification in Safe Food Handling or higher is required.
  • Proficiency in communication technologies, including computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
