- Preventative Maintenance: Execute programs to preserve the value of our buildings and prevent costly repairs.
- General Upkeep: Maintain the beauty and safety of our properties through regular cleaning, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Efficiency and Safety: Sustain peak operation levels for all property components, adhering to building, county, and safety codes.
- Emergency Response: Participate in the on-call rotation, ensuring prompt response to emergencies.
- 5+ years of experience in the trades, facilities, and/or residential building maintenance.
- Strong leadership aptitude and supervisory experience preferred.
- HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification.
- Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair.
- Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
- Exposure to complex mechanical systems desired.
- A safety mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A sharp professional appearance.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using technology platforms.
- Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently and work in varying weather conditions.
