Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity at Soar Autism Center

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soar Autism Center, a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive.

Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist will work with children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting, conducting multidisciplinary assessments and creating treatment plans with other clinical specialties. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a license to practice speech pathology, and a passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
  • Partner with client families to develop goals and support them in their journey
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • License to practice speech pathology
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children

$77,500.00 - $95,000.00/year

The salary for Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows is $73,000.
