About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Originator to join our team at Evolve, LLC. As a Loan Originator, you will play a critical role in driving mortgage loan production by developing relationships with real estate professionals and attracting new mortgage customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to attract new mortgage loan applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the loan application process.
  • Loan Processing: Obtain complete loan applications, review creditworthiness, and calculate repayment risk to ensure accurate loan processing.
  • Pre-Qualification: Pre-qualify potential loan applicants by analyzing credit and financial background to determine loan eligibility.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with borrowers throughout the loan process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance: Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure proper treatment of customers and protection of the bank's interests.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior mortgage sales experience preferred.
  • Registration: Registration with NMLS required.
