Little Chicks Learning Academy is a contracted child care facility dedicated to nurturing young minds. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, focusing on the care and development of infants and toddlers.
In your role as an educator, you will facilitate the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children within a nurturing environment that fosters secure attachments. Our center is eco-conscious and collaborates with a skilled group of educators. We emphasize a play-based, child-centered, and nature-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities
As an educator, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. You will collaborate with a dedicated team in an eco-friendly setting that prioritizes play-based and nature-focused learning.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and complete CPR and First Aid training within the first three months of employment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field such as Human Development and Family Services is advantageous.
