Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and visitors both in person and via phone.
  • Provide suitable seating options based on guest preferences.
  • Distribute menus and take guest orders efficiently.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of menus for all guests.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and monitor the timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.
  • Organize dining areas and manage reservation bookings.
  • Keep tables and workspaces clean and orderly.
  • Oversee event-related tasks, including table setups and maintaining the restaurant's interior and exterior.
