Job Description
As a Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our condominium community. This includes administering and monitoring maintenance, repair, and replacement contracts, managing a small team, and ensuring the overall success of the community.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies
- Manage and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the community
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management
