Job Overview

NobelClad, a global leader in explosion welding, seeks skilled Machinist Specialists to join our team. As a key player in our production process, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize production.

Key Responsibilities
  • CNC Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and repair equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CNC Machine Proficiency: Proficient in operating CNC machines and able to program and edit programs at the machine.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
