RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, direct, and execute food preparation and production
  • Adhere to and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure the freshness of food products through proper purchasing and product rotation
  • Manage all food storage
  • Record food and equipment temperatures daily
  • Manage daily kitchen cleanliness
  • Perform daily opening, mid, and closing operation duties
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Food Certification required
  • Experience managing a team of 10-15 employees
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • The ability to lead, manage, and train a staff of 10-15 or more team members
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
