Speech-Language Pathologist (Home Health)

Neogen Care is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients. Your expertise will be essential in creating personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and care plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and patient databases
