We are in search of a dedicated and skilled part-time on-site Facilities Maintenance Specialist for a community within our Bloomfield, CO market. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be accountable for the effective execution of all maintenance duties and projects at their designated association. This role necessitates interaction with homeowners, vendors, community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and execute minor and routine maintenance on all relevant equipment regularly.
  • Report unsafe conditions to the Community Manager and ensure timely corrections.
  • Maintain a positive customer service approach.
  • Provide general handyman services.
  • Conduct cleaning of interior, exterior, and communal areas of the building.
  • Manage and operate boiler and chiller systems.
  • Monitor property to ensure all vehicles display proper parking permits.
  • Assist pest control vendors with interior unit services.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or senior management.
  • Exhibit strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Fulfill other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in maintenance is essential.
  • Must be professional, organized, and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of standing, bending, climbing, and walking for up to 4 hours daily.
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Possess general computer proficiency.
  • Hold a valid motor vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record.
