About the RoleWe are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team, responsible for championing change, proactively removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. As a key member of our HR team, you will support teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations and a place where teams love to work.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and observing to quickly understand their needs.
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs and being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store.
- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, executing intentional recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire talent with the right skills and experiences.
- Support the training needs of your store's sales force and be an advocate for continuous learning, delivering on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, working in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.
- A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly on the spot and remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift product up to 10 pounds regularly without additional assistance from others and work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
