Job Summary:

The Bus Person and/or Dish washing Person is a vital member of our team at Jason's Deli. This role is responsible for setting up the restaurant and preparing it for lunch or dinner service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearing tables and wiping down chairs and tables
  • Sweeping the floor to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operating a dish washing machine to wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least six months of work experience, unless currently enrolled in high school, college, or a technical/vocational school
  • Ability to learn basic job routines and communicate effectively
  • Compliance with city Department of Health regulations and Jason's Deli's dress code policies
  • Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to six hours
  • Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively
