Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to ALPR systems.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Install ALPR systems at customer sites, including equipment setup, calibration, and alignment.
  • Modify existing hardware and electrical systems to accommodate camera equipment.
  • Configure network and software settings on computers.
  • Provide initial customer training on system usage.
  • Perform root cause analysis of customer problems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate changes in technical processes to ensure compliance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with computer hardware, networking, and software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
