As a Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Obtaining service financial goals through effective cost containment
  • Ensuring compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Hiring, developing, training, and coaching Customer Service Engineers
  • Prioritizing customer and business objectives to provide clear direction to CSEs

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to take their career to the next level. If you have experience in managing large remote employee-based territories, knowledge of diagnostics instruments or equivalent diagnostic industry experience, and a working knowledge of laboratory workflow, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements:**

  • BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous field service experience
  • Superior communication skills (written and oral) and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at many levels within the organization
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record over the last three years
