Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Analyst to join our dynamic accounting team. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on construction accounts receivable, billing processes, and change order management.

As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project workflows. Your contributions will be essential in supporting the planning and execution of projects, while also providing vital administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable billing, ensuring timely submission and tracking of payments.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in the planning and development phases of projects.
  • Coordinate project workflows and support project management efforts.
  • Conduct research and perform administrative tasks, including invoice preparation and meeting scheduling.
  • Generate and update monthly reports for project management.
  • Distribute project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Analyze construction data to support project prioritization and expedite critical tasks.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in evaluating expenditures.
  • Maintain organized project documentation in designated systems.
  • Review contracts and project-related paperwork to ensure compliance with payment terms.
  • Assist in tracking additional work and managing change order documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a construction-related analytical role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
