Construction Craftsman

KDC Construction is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Construction Carpenter. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of tasks related to construction projects, including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.

• Perform technical tasks in trades, including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Install fixtures including windows, roofing, floorings, trim, tile, ceiling tile, hardware, heating, and ventilation.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, and shovels.
• Responsible for executing tasks involving physical labor, as needed.
• Travel to different worksites to complete required tasks and projects.
• Maintain a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards.
• Responsible for working safely, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program for self-protection and protection of co-workers, sub-contractors, the public, and customer representatives.
• Organize building material; load and unload trucks.
• May be responsible for assisting other workers on construction and preconstruction assignments.

• Knowledge and general trade experience preferred in the major trades: plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Competitive salary/hourly range $24.00 to $34.00 per hour.
