- Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor, and prep vehicles within company guidelines.
- Quality Control: Verify all vehicles are BLISS clean and wipe down vehicles within company guidelines.
- Marketing and Promotion: Hold advertising signs and perform other marketing-related functions to promote our services.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service to guests.
- Experience: Combination of experience in car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred.
- Knowledge: Maintain the highest level of service, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate ability to improve through training.
- Skills: Build great relationships with guests and colleagues through excellent communication and follow-through.
Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles. Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, and cleaning solvents. Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
Physical DemandsWork outdoors with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping.
