- Share pertinent information with the team regarding patient progress and family dynamics.
- Attend daily and weekly staffing meetings to stay informed about treatment progress and plan adjustments.
- Evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions on the therapeutic milieu.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions in accordance with BSAS regulations.
- Perform individual therapy sessions with patients and their families.
- Document patient progress and interventions provided in the medical record.
- Respond to psychiatric crisis situations and provide necessary interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Provide patients with education and instruction on advance directives.
