Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our team at State Farm in Jericho, NY. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance defense litigation cases and working closely with our support staff to ensure the successful resolution of these cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex insurance defense litigation cases from start to finish
- Work closely with support staff to ensure the successful resolution of cases
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance law and regulations
Requirements:
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New York and membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
- 1-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation/trial experience
- Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
