  • Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance, to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High internal motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and adapt to changing situations.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $16.00-$20.00 hourly, or the specific county or city minimum wage. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
