We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to join our team at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. As a key member of our youth services team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to unaccompanied children entering the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Assessment and Service Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of each child's needs and develop individualized service plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Foster Home Monitoring and Support: Regularly monitor assigned foster homes to ensure the children's safety and provide support to foster families in their care.
  • Case Management and Coordination: Work closely with foster families, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely releases of children from care.
  • Training and Professional Development: Participate in required trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care and case management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with previous case management experience.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Skills and Qualities: Ability to work flexibly, creatively, and in a diverse setting; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity; and familiarity with trauma-informed care.
