Job Title: Lead Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate project start-up meetings with the project team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  2. Develop a comprehensive buyout strategy with the Project Director, reviewing subcontractor scopes prior to release.
  3. Manage all project documentation, including construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
  4. Oversee the project budget, meeting monthly with the Project Director to review job costs, projected costs, and variances.
  5. Attend design meetings, providing feedback on phasing, constructability, and schedule, and working with preconstruction to develop cost models and options analysis.
  6. Develop a master schedule and phasing approach with the Project Director and Superintendent.
  7. Implement LEAN practices with the field team and Project Engineer, participating in milestone pull plans and facilitating weekly work plan sessions.
  8. Support preconstruction in developing and presenting the GMP package, understanding prime contract conditions and their impact on the deliverable.
  9. Collaborate with the Project Director and field staff to resolve project challenges, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and the architect's design intent is delivered.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  3. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
