Job Title: Community Healthcare Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Healthcare Provider to join our team at the HEALing Community Center.

About the Job:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients, including ordering laboratory and radiology tests, referring patients to specialists when necessary, and analyzing medical data to diagnose conditions and propose treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand HEALing Community Centers' health community outreach and education services by assisting with the planning, organizing, and implementation of medical outreach events and activities within the community
  • Assist in the coordination of processes to identify high-risk patients and enroll them in the health services program

Requirements:

  • M.D. from an accredited institution
  • Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency with preferably 2 years of clinical practice experience
  • Current American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) certification or be board-eligible
  • GA medical license or GA medical license eligible
  • Current DEA License
  • Current BLS for healthcare or ACLS for healthcare
